Goals & Objectives The team's goals are to develop players through the 4 pillars coaching TECHNICALLY, TACTICALLY, PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY . The Club aims to ensure a direct, yet highly positive team atmosphere. The Club's coaching leadership avoids punitive coaching methods and negative reinforcement of any kind and shuns profane, ruthless, and degrading behaviors frequently observed among elite teams. The Club provides these young players with the highest quality professional soccer training and seeks to ensure a highly positive atmosphere. Our goal is to help these young players fulfill their athletic destinies by providing a solid age specific training curriculum that will give them experience and a competitive platform that is athletically enhancing, developmentally sound, character-building, and fun.

Attendance at Games & Practices

To play for FC America Soccer Academy requires a significant commitment with this there are many opportunities for conflicts. Even at a young age, we want to assume that soccer has an appropriate place in your list of priorities. Only emergencies/academic responsibilities should keep the player away from practices and games.

FC America Soccer Academy believe practices are the most important phase of a player's development. This is where we feel 80% of the development is takes place. The vast majority of teachable moments occur here. Most players understand that their ability to contribute to the team effort and their personal development will be diminished the more practices they miss. We believe each player will want to come to practices to the extent they are perceived as valuable learning experiences. We recognize occasionally practices are missed but it is the responsibility of the player/parent to let the coach know in a timely manner. Injured players are still required to attend practices to keep up with what the team is focusing on.

Each player is expected to wear FC America Soccer Academy practice shirts. They are also required to bring their fluids and shin pads
